History Channel: Isu perpindahan Pemain melibatkan pasukan Sarawak

Masih kah kau ingat.. Hehe.. berlalak nulis blog tok.. Best tulis benda yang sik di highlight tapi I’m quite sure, old school pun fan zaman mensia marek ingat kes tok…

1. Kes perpindahan Ong Kim Swee ke Sabah tahun 1994
2. Bobby Chua pindah ke Sarawak cuma RM9.99 – (kali Tony Fernandes dapat idea dari sitok =p)

Ong Kim Swee berjersi nombor 6 ketika bersama pasukan Sarawak

Isu tok banyak timbol berdasarkan peruntukan peraturan FIFA and FAM pasal players status. Ong Kim Swee habis kontrak ngan Sarawak pada 31 Disember 1994, mun sik silap. Signed contract dengan Sabah on the 1st of January 1995. Regulation madah, mun satu-satu kelab ya maok negotiate dengan mana-mana players, dibolehkan dgn syarat :-

1. Kontrak pemain ya tinggal lagik 3 bulan sebelum tamat
2. Mesti minta kebenaran secara bertulis dari kelab asal

Dalam kes tok, Sabah sik pernah mintak kebenaran bertulis dari FAS. Cuma nya madah contract dah signed bila contract dah luput. Isu dipakey FAS time ya adalah, bila masa negotiation dibuat, sedangkan contract baruk tamat pada 31 Disember 1994. In one day boleh negotiate? So FAM ambik keputusan agar Sabah bayar gantirugi berjumlah RM28,000 kepada FAS. Fuiyoo.. Mesti first time dengar jumlah bayaran pemain melibatkan pasukan Sarawak nak.. Hehe.. Could be transfer record fee for Sarawak??

Apabila Sabah lwn Sarawak di Stadium Negeri, Sabah supposed to get a bit of their share dari gate collection dalam RM25,000++, tapi Sabah sik puashati and claimed that Sarawak tipu. So cara senang was to contra dengan pampasan Ong and Sabah still have to pay us the balance RM3,000 sahaja.

Bila kita signed up Bobby in 1997 mun sik silap, isu yang sama dipakey, malangnya rule ya dah sik dikuatkuasakan lagik oleh FIFA as well as FAM. In the end Sabah marah and have to release Bobby Chua to Sarawak at the value of RM9.90. Abg Zulkarnain (Sect FAS pada masa tersebut) send them a cheque amounting to RM10.00 and allowed them to keep the change ;D

Ex Sarawak U-14 right winger. I stopped playing football because I’d done as much as I could. I needed something which was going to excite me as much as football had excited me.
