Players Ratings:
20- Shaiful Wazizi (7)- despite a highly contested match, the captain was hardly tested only managed to make 3 saves. Controls hos backline well.
24- Badrul(7)- the leftback played comendably, supporting his fellow defenders. Made some attacking runs as well to assist the attacks. Replaced by Azafarezal late in the match.
8- Rivaldo(9) -a strong candidate as the MOTM. Defensively sound and good distribution of the ball. Strong in the air, confident in his tackles. Good temperament as well.
21-Haziq(8)- together with his centerback partner Rivaldo, keeps the Pahang attacks spearhead by captain Faisal Halim at bay. Connects well with his other defenders.
18-Stevenson(6)- despite playing well at the back, lacks the attacking instinct. Rarely supports the attack. Must be confident to support the midfield and forwards.
2- Rudy Racha(8)- impressive in his role as DM. Held the midfield well, winning aerial balls against the smaller opponents. Strong in his tackles. Good discipline as well. His sole attempt at goal with a header was saved by the Pahang goalkeeper.
25-Sulaiman(6)- despite his experience, still struggles to regain his form as last year. 2 attempts at goal. Injured in the 2nd half and replaced by goalscorer Zharif.
4-Awang(6)- had a good game overall but seems to lost his temper after being repeatedly fouled. Got a yellow card for a foul.
7- Badzreen(7) -performed well as centerforward. It was his run at goal which leads to the first penalty awarded to Sarawak. Despite his effort, failed to make any on target attempts. Made 2 shots at goal. Should improve further in the coming matches, especially his shooting.
19-Henry(6)- had a good game but failed to threaten the Pahang goal. Was replaced by Amir in the start of the 2nd half. One shot at goal.
9-Adif(6)- very aggresive in his play. Unfortunate to receive his marching orders after getting 2 yellow cards. One attempt at goal.

14-Amir(7)- replaced Henry in the 2nd half. Good wing play on the right. His speed and dribbling skills was commendable, beating the Pahang defenders comfortably but his crosses were wasted by the forwards.

10- Zharif(8)- goalscorer of both goals via penalty. Came in for Sulaiman. Played as attacking midfielder. High work rate. Cool penalty taker.
23-Azafarezal(-) came in late for the tiring Badrul at left back.
